Want to file a claim?
You may file a claim in two different ways:
1. You may submit a claim by faxing the required documents to 818-971-3325.
2. You can also mail all required claim documents to:

Want to file a claim for a lost/damaged DHL parcel? Just provide the
following:
1. U-PIC Claim Form
2. Proof of Value
3. Signed Statement from Consignee
